This Privacy Policy explains how Lomote (an AI image, video and 3D content generation platform) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: email, username/display name, avatar, and basic profile data we receive from third-party login (Google, GitHub, Apple).
  • Authentication credentials: passwords are stored salted-and-hashed (we never store plaintext passwords); magic-link login tokens.
  • Workspace/organization information: workspace names, memberships, roles.
  • Generation content: your prompts, uploaded reference images/videos and other material, generation parameters, and the resulting outputs (images/videos/3D models).
  • Communications: content of your correspondence with us via email or support.

1.2 Payment information

  • Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by a third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; we keep necessary transaction records (orders, subscription status, credit ledger) and limited identifiers returned by the processor.

1.3 Automatically collected information

  • Usage and logs: access times, actions, generation and billing usage, error logs.
  • Device and network: IP address, browser/device type, approximate location (from IP), used mainly for security, anti-abuse and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies and local storage: to keep you signed in and remember preferences (language, theme). See Section 6.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service: account and workspace management, content generation, editing/enhancement, asset library, public discovery feed;
  • Run generation via third-party models: transmit your prompts, uploaded material and necessary parameters to third-party model/compute providers for processing (see Section 3);
  • Billing and accounts: subscriptions, granting/deducting credits, reconciliation, receipts;
  • Security and anti-abuse: authentication, risk control, content moderation, abuse detection and handling of unlawful content;
  • Retrieval and discovery: when you publish content publicly, generate the technical indexes needed for public display and similarity search (e.g. visual vectors);
  • Communications: transactional emails (verification, login, billing, status changes) and necessary service notices;
  • Improvement and analytics: analyze usage within lawful limits to improve the product;
  • Legal compliance: comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Legal bases (where GDPR etc. applies): performance of a contract (providing the Service), your consent (for certain optional features/marketing), our legitimate interests (security, anti-abuse, product improvement) and legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Models / Processors and Content Transmission

To perform generation, when you start a generation your prompts, uploaded material and necessary parameters are sent to the relevant third-party model/compute provider for processing and to return results. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not include sensitive personal information you do not wish to be processed by third parties in your prompts or uploads.
